背景簡介：

C4d是抗體觸發補體通過經典途徑活化后C4的裂解產物，能穩定地結合在發生排斥的移植物內皮的表面。檢測C4d作為機體針對同種異體移植物抗體檢測的一個間接信號，大量研究表明：C4d是腎移植免疫中的重要標記物，同時也是心臟、肝及其他器官移植免疫檢測的重要標記物。
